Temporary Working Visas

Persons wishing to enter and work in Australia under the Employer Sponsored Programme must be sponsored by an eligible Australian employer. Unlike Working Holiday Visas, employer sponsored visas allow a single Australian employer to sponsor the applicant for a maximum period of up to 4 years.

Please be advised however that increasing unemployment levels in Australia have caused the Department of Immigration to exercise more stringent measures when assessing these visas. The Australian Migration Advisory therefore recommends that both parties (employer and applicant) consult with an experienced Migration Agent before proceeding.
