Labour Market Testing |
To satisfy labour market testing, the Australian employer must be able to demonstrate that they have undertaken at least 2 of the following methods of advertising within the last 6 months:

Advertised the position in a professional or trade journal; |
|
Advertised the position with a job placement service provider; |
|
Advertised the position in a Saturday and weekday edition of both a major local or regional newspaper, and a national daily newspaper (a total of 4 separate advertisements). |

Please note that advertising requirements may be waived or reduced in cases where the applicant's nominated occupation appears on either the Migration Occupation Demand List or Critical Skills List. |
