Eligible Sponsor |
In order to be eligible as a sponsor, the child must be:

 |
An Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen, or an Eligible New Zealand citizen; |
|
Aged 18 years or over; |
|
Settled in Australia; |
|
The natural child of the applicant; |
|
The adoptive child of the applicant as recognised under Australian law; or |
|
The step child of an applicant who is still married or widowed to the child's natural parent. |
