Demonstrate a current working knowledge of immigration practices in Australia by attending conferences and satisfying Continuing Professional Development courses offered each year; |

Abide by the professional Code of Conduct and work to uphold the integrity of the Australian immigration industry; |

Make you aware of, and be answerable to, the formal process of complaints should you consider that the Agent's conduct is in breach of the Code of Conduct; |

Provide the Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession (IRMAP) to clients after agreeing to do work for them, but before commencing that work; |

Maintain a current professional library including the Australian Migration Act and Regulations, as well as supplementary material including the Department's Procedure Advice Manual. |
