Student Visa Options

There are seven student visa subclasses (570-576) that cater for students applying for secondary, vocational and tertiary education in Australia as well as English language and non-award programs. In order to be eligible for one of these visa subclasses applicants must demonstrate that they:

Have an academic record that is relevant to the proposed course of study;

Will be studying full-time in Australia;

Possess a satisfactory level of English proficiency (or intend to undertake English studies in Australia);

Have sufficient finances to undertake the course, including travel costs, living costs and tuition fees; and

Can support any dependants in Australia.
