Representation at the Migration
Review Tribunal is Essential

If you have had an application for an Australian visa refused, you may be eligible to request a review of the decision by the Migration Review Tribunal (AAT).

The Australian Migration Advisory is unique in delivering a high level of service and attention to its clients. In maintaining the highest of standards, the Australian Migration Advisory assigns two Agents to every case, thus ensuring the accuracy and expediency of each application.

Our Registered Migration Agents will:

  • 3. Prepare a detailed submission outlining your reasons for requesting a review;
  • 4. Advise you on the preparation of documentation to support your case;
  • 5. Submit the submission and supporting documentation to the AAT;
  • 6. Record and process all correspondence from the AAT on your behalf;
  • 7. Attend the AAT with you if you are required to appear before a tribunal member;
