5. Lodge the submission and supporting documentation with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP);

6. Record and process all correspondence from the DIBP on your behalf;

7. Respond to requests for additional information from case officers and advise you if you need to provide further documenatation;

8. Advise you of the outcome of your request for waiver.
